Keyway LLC aims to provide high-quality roadside assistance services. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the requested roadside assistance service due to circumstances beyond our control, a refund may be issued.

  • Overpayment: In the event of overpayment or duplicate payments, we will refund the excess amount.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service at (269) 466-1331 within 7 of the service date. Please provide the necessary details, including your name, contact information, service details, and the reason for the refund request.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services may be non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Services already provided

  • Services that were successfully completed

  • Services where the customer refuses service after our team arrives at the location

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately, and we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date.
